Bringing more than 30 years of experience in commercial kitchens to the table, Chef Loehn has a cultivated eye for providing high quality taste experiences with five-star service.
His expertise helped launch some of Southern Connecticut’s most successful culinary destinations, including Ralph and Rich’s in Bridgeport, The Field, SBC of Branford and The Black Rock Oyster Bar.
His bold, thematic menus also led the way for Yale Cabaret Theatre’s production-inspired playbill dinners – many of which have been served to some of Yale’s most prestigious alums.
